• Receive such communications even if the mobile number is registered under DND (Do Not Disturb) / NCPR (National Customer Preference Register) list under TRAI regulations
• Authorize the Company to share/disclose your information to any third party service provider, affiliates, group companies, their authorized agents or third party service providers for the purpose of such communications
• Receive communications via SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel

5. WhatsApp Business API Terms

For users utilizing our WhatsApp Business API integration:

• You must comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies
• Messages must be sent in accordance with WhatsApp's messaging guidelines
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary user consents
• We reserve the right to suspend service for policy violations

For paid services:

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring services
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
