Instead of plugging in a USB drive at every display, you upload content once to the cloud and it syncs to every screen — across one office or hundreds of locations. Cloud digital signage vs USB signage — what's the difference?

USB signage means walking up to each screen with a pen drive every time you change content; it doesn't scale, has no analytics, and is hard to keep in sync across locations. Cloud digital signage like SetuOS lets you update any screen from anywhere, schedule content by time or event, group screens, and see real-time device health and audience analytics.

What's the difference between Standalone, Cloud and On-Premise?

Standalone runs each screen independently on your local network — no central server. Cloud gives you one dashboard for every screen across every location, fully managed by us. On-Premise is the same Cloud experience, but hosted inside your own infrastructure, behind your firewall.

Does SetuOS work offline?

Yes. Standalone runs entirely on your local network or USB. Cloud caches content on each device so screens keep playing the last synced playlist even if the internet drops, and resync automatically when connectivity returns.

Can SetuOS run inside our private network?

Yes. Our On-Premise edition deploys the full SetuOS dashboard on servers you own — ideal for government, defence, healthcare and BFSI.

How many screens can SetuOS manage?
